Nobuki HIZUME is a Japanese hat designer based in Paris. He graduated from BUNKA FASHION COLLEGE with honors in 2004.

After various collaborations with haute-couture brands in Paris, he launched his own hat brand “ HIZUME “ in 2019.

In May 2019, he was awarded with the prestigious title of “ MEILLEUR OUVRIER DE FRANCE “ in modiste category as very first Japanese.
